In addition to the plans listed on this page, Steadfast Counseling Services, P.L.L.C. is currently contracting with additional payers, and we will update this list as new agreements become active. If you don’t see your insurance listed, please reach out—our team can help confirm benefits and let you know where your plan is in the process.

BCBSNC Commerical
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) is an insurance plan we accept, and Steadfast Counseling Services, P.L.L.C. is now in-network with BCBSNC. Benefits and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, so if you’d like, we can help verify your coverage, eligibility, and expected copay/coinsurance before you schedule your first appointment.

Insurance isn't required to begin services. Self-pay options are available for clients who prefer to pay privately or whose insurance is not listed on this page.
Co-Pays
Copays and other client responsibility amounts, such as coinsurance or deductibles, are due at the time of service. If a copay or other amount is due, payment can be made securely through the same client portal used to access services and must be completed prior to the start of the scheduled session. If you have questions about your expected copay, deductible, coinsurance, or insurance benefits, we’re happy to help verify coverage in advance so there are no surprises.
